Norauto Polska Sp. z o.o. is a modern and professional company supplying its customers with car parts and providing vehicle service. Norauto started in Poland in 1997 and the first car center was opened a year later in 1998, in Piaseczno near Warsaw. The concept of creating a car center is a continuation of an idea originating in 1970s France, where the first ever combination of an automotive shop and passenger car service was born. Due to the acquisition of the Feu Vert Polska network in March 2017, Norauto has expanded its sales network from 19 to 39 facilities and currently employs 400 people.

“The solutions used by the acquired company were outdated and in many cases inconsistent with our standards and security requirements. This is why we have decided to modernize and standardize the network infrastructure in all our new facilities,” says Mariusz Grabowski, Head of the IT Department, Norauto Polska Sp. z o.o.

The biggest problem of the project was the location of facilities in the whole of Poland. Twenty of them, located between Szczecin and Krakow, often only one per city, caused the main concerns regarding the timely implementation of the project. Moreover, there were several situations where within one week two facilities were to be implemented on two opposite sides of the country. However, a good plan of action prepared by K3System allowed to perform all work in due time.

 “The implementation was very efficient and in accordance with the initial design. The projected working time in each facility has been met in 100%, regardless of emerging external problems (other suppliers, repair teams, etc.). But the biggest advantage was the flexibility of K3System. In the course of project implementation there were several major problems with the repair teams, where we had to change the dates considerably. K3System handled the situation admirably, with the highest level of respect for the client and with great professional conduct,” says Mariusz Grabowski, Head of the IT Department, Norauto Polska Sp. z o.o.

“The difference in the quality of operation of the new infrastructure as compared to the old one is huge. We also noticed a significant improvement in operation speed and stability of new facilities in comparison to our previously existing ones. We are not sure whether we will be able to modernize our primary facilities during this fiscal year, but no matter how this decision will be made, we know who will be the contractor once again,” says Mariusz Grabowski, Head of the IT Department, Norauto Polska Sp. z o.o.
